Welcome to the HAL collection IRTOMIT (Ischaemia Reperfusion in Organ Transplantation Mechanisms and Therapeutic Innovations).
IRTOMIT is a joint INSERM/University of Poitiers research unit (U1082). It is located in Poitiers on the Poitiers University Hospital site (CHU de Poitiers) close to the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy.
Les thématiques de recherche de l’unité s’articulent autour de l’amélioration des conditions de la transplantation d’organes, principalement le rein et le foie, et autour de l’étude des phénomènes lésionnels liées à l’ischémie-reperfusion (IR).
The unit's research focuses on improving the conditions for organ transplantation, mainly kidney and liver, and on the study of lesion phenomena associated with ischaemia-reperfusion (IR).
The team is led by Professor Thierry Hauet
