De l’entreprise libérée à l’entreprise libérante. Essai critique et clinique sur les transformations managériales

Abstract : The liberated enterprise is a concept that gets talked about and written about. Some present it as a major managerial innovation. However, even if it is an interesting response to the problems of shifting the values and expectations of employees at work, it seems more to be a cosmetic dressing than a real managerial concept. There is certainly better to be done by questioning the postures expected of a manager today, rather than promoting the apparent demise of management. We suggest in this theoretical work a new possibility by seeking to rethink the major managerial postures. We propose to stop wanting to liberate the enterprise and to lay the foundations for the liberating enterprise.
