Driving sustainable development in universities: the experience of constructing a USR scorecard

Abstract : Sustainable development is a new mission for French universities. This paper proposes a methodological approach that decouples the dimensions of performance and is based on the expectations of stakeholders, thus allowing a university social responsibility (USR) scorecard to be constructed.
