Repensando a guerra revolucionária no Exército brasileiro (1954-1975)

Abstract : The purpose of this paper is to review the main aspects of the French counterrevolutionary doctrine, through a study of texts, laws and military memorandums. French and Brazilian sources emphasize the transfer of French colonial doctrine keys’ concepts and expose connections in between Brazilian military thinking and French army colonizing ideals. Under the scrutiny of the French colonial officers, the Brazilian army prepared itself for the counterrevolutionary war.
