La perception de la perte de contrôle dans la relation de magasinage Proposition d'une échelle de mesure

Abstract : This research explores the conceptualisation and the importance of the consumer’s perceived control in the retail relationship. Then with the use of a sample of real shoppers, a scale of measure of the loss of the perceived control is proposed.
