Synthesis and characterization of analogues of glycine-betaine ionic liquids with the 4-chlorosalicylate anion and their use in the extraction of copper( ii ) ions

Résumé

5 analogues of glycine-betainium associated with the 4-chlorosalicylate anion have been synthesized and their used in the extraction of aqueous Cu 2+ ions show that the extraction efficiency depends much more on the nature of the metal counter ion.
